Privacy Policy

Who we are

Royalty Metal Buildings LLC, based in Utah. Questions about this policy or your information: email info@royaltymetalbuildings.com or call (801) 505-9020.

What we collect

• Quote requests. When you send a request, we get your name, email, phone, county or city, approximate building size and anything you add in the notes. If you use "Lock in this build" on the Design & Pricing page, the building details you chose come along with it. Requests are stored in our customer management system (HubSpot).
• How you use the site. Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type, your general area (city level, not your address) and how you found us. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us your name or contact information.
• Calls and emails. If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your project.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare your quote, follow up on your project and improve this website. We only contact you about your request or your project. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:

• HubSpot, which receives and stores quote requests.
• Google, for Google Analytics and the fonts on this site.
• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• The third-party provider behind the 3D building designer on our Design & Pricing page. The designer runs on their system and follows their own privacy terms.
• The manufacturer and engineers needed to price, engineer and deliver your building, once you ask us to quote it.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works either way. The 3D designer may set its own cookies.

Keeping, correcting and deleting your information

We keep quote requests and project records as long as we need them to serve you and for normal business and tax records. To see, correct or delete what we have, email info@royaltymetalbuildings.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a building project. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
