Building departments won't issue a permit without engineering that proves the building survives local snow, wind and seismic loads. We handle that for you. Your drawings are PE-stamped for your exact address and jurisdiction.

Typical exclusions are improper installation, unapproved coatings, and damage from external causes. Full terms come in the written warranty with your order.
We help you file with our manufacturer, who issues the steel and finish warranties.
